Concierge (Administrative Receptionist)

Earn a competitive hourly rate between $16 and $19.20 based on years of experience.
Additional compensation includes:
- Hourly employees:
- 1.5x Holiday Pay
- 1.5x Overtime Pay for every hour worked over 40 hours per week
- Full-time employees:
- Generous PTO beginning with a maximum of 104 hours annually

Position Summary: The Concierge (Administrative Receptionist) works in accordance with established policies and procedures and/or specific instructions from the supervisor. This position is responsible for answering and transferring all calls in a courteous and professional manner, giving information, direction, and other appropriate assistance to residents, staff, guests, and vendors, as well as performing a variety of clerical duties. This position reports to the Director of Administrative Services.
Education and/or Experience: Less than high school education; or up to one-year related experience or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Previous experience as Receptionist preferred, but not required. Intermediate computer skills with Microsoft software required.
- Ability to act in a resident’s best interest and make responsible choices and decisions.
- Ability to be a professional first impression with extraordinary people skills and a warm smile.
- Ability to handle multiple priorities in a timely manner.
- Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal), in person, electronically, and over the phone.
- Organization and time-management skills.
- Demonstrated proficiency in basic computer skills (Microsoft Office: Teams, Outlook, and Excel) and the ability to learn new applications.
