Additional compensation includes:
- Hourly employees:
- 1.5x Holiday Pay
- 1.5x Overtime Pay for every hour worked over 40 hours per week
- Full-time employees:
- Generous PTO beginning with a maximum of 104 hours annually

What You’ll Do
- Develop and deliver engaging staff education programs, including CNA training, new hire orientation, and ongoing in-services.
- Lead our infection prevention program, including tracking trends, conducting audits, and providing training to staff.
- Collaborate with leadership to implement quality assurance and performance improvement (QAPI) initiatives.
- Stay ahead of regulatory requirements to maintain compliance and foster a culture of safety.
- Support both skilled nursing and assisted living settings, working closely with the Director of Nursing.
What We’re Looking For
- Education/Experience: Active RN license in Virginia with experience in infection prevention, staff training, or quality improvement preferred.
- Certifications: Certification in Infection Control (CIC) or willingness to obtain within one year.
- Skills: Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills. Proficiency in developing and delivering training programs. Must have strong computer literacy and the ability to learn new systems. Must be proficient in Microsoft Office including Teams.
