An Atlantic Shores Utility team member is different than your everyday dishwasher. We give you a quality of life and spread out your work so that you are not stuck in the dish room all day. Utility team members work together to make sure that the kitchen is detailed and organized. This is a great entry level job where you can grow and become a part of a team that feels like family.
Earn a competitive hourly rate between $15 and $18.00 based on years of experience.
This is a full-time opportunity. Flexible shifts available, 7 days a week between 7am and 9pm.
Additional compensation includes:
- Generous PTO beginning with a maximum of 104 hours annually

Position Summary: The Utility Worker, in accordance with policies and procedures that are established, performs a number of kitchen activities including washing and sanitizing of pots, dishes, and carts; operating dish washing machines; general cleaning duties while maintaining kitchen sanitation; stocking and storing food/nonfood supplies; receiving storing, and delivering supplies and food trays within the facility; and preparing food when necessary. This position reports to the Utility Supervisor.
- Washes all dishes using dish machine and properly stores them.
- Maintains a clean and safe work environment by cleaning dishes and taking out the trash.
- Maintains clean and dry floors throughout the shift.
- Adheres to sanitation and safety procedures.
- Performs additional cleaning duties as requested.
Education and/or Experience: Up to one-month of related experience or training.
- Organization and time-management skills.
- Must have reliable transportation to work and be punctual.
- Positive attitude and teamwork.
