We are currently hiring an Account Executive with experience in Construction Sales or Facilities Management to join our growing team in Sunrise, FL.
Job Summary:
The Account Executive is responsible for identifying new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and overseeing projects from proposal to completion. This is an outside sales role focused on driving revenue growth and delivering exceptional service to commercial clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and grow a client base through cold calling, networking, referrals, advertising, and trade shows
- Serve as the main point of contact for clients, providing expert guidance on paving and maintenance solutions
- Estimate jobs and prepare proposals within company pricing guidelines
- Set and achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals
- Conduct site visits, mark repairs, and assist with job planning and permitting
- Update CRM with customer interactions, estimates, and project details
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and resolve concerns promptly
- Collaborate with internal teams for job setup, production scheduling, and invoicing
- Represent Rose Paving at industry events, client meetings, and local networking functions
Qualifications:
- 2–4 years of experience in outside B2B sales
- 2–3 years of sales experience in the paving or construction industry required
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Experience with cold calling and face-to-face prospecting
- Familiarity with CRM software and Microsoft Office
- Construction sales or facilities management background is a strong plus
