Service Technician
We are seeking a service technician to join out Hot Tub Service Department! This is a full time position offering benefits, competitive pay, and weekends off.
Summary
Do you enjoy putting equipment to the test to insure quality standards are met? If so, we are looking for you! In our Hot Tub Service Technician role, you will apply your specific and related experience to the testing of electronic, electro-mechanical, pneumatic equipment, and plumbing. The Service Technician works with schematics, drawings, and verbal instructions, utilizing basic and advanced testing and measuring equipment.This is an in-field and in-house position. Service vehicle provided during business hours.

Do you enjoy testing parts? You will perform testing of failed components in-field and in-house as required to identify the source of the issue and take corrective action to resolve the problem.
Are you customer service oriented? You will be representing the company while working in the field and interacting with the customer. A positive, can-do attitude is essential!
Are you self-motivated? You will work with limited supervision, therefore must be able to work independently when needed.
Are you willing to travel locally? This position requires daily travel within the New Hanover/Brunswick Co. area. Occasionally you will be required to travel outside of the New Hanover/Brunswick Co.area to perform repairs and maintenance on spas in neighboring counties and regions.
Do you have a good driving record? Technicians must have a valid NC drivers license and a good driving record. Service Technicians must be able to pass insurance requirements and drug testing.
What You Need?
3 years of related experience working with Electronics, Electrical, Mechanical, and/or Plumbing.
Associates Degree or Certification in a technical field of study is a plus.
Proficiency with MS Word, Outlook, and Excel.
Demonstrated ability to multi-task, maintain high level of accuracy and work in a fasted paced, sometimes unpredictable environment.
Familiar with using the internet and devices that connect to it;WiFi, Bluetooth, and other communications technologies.
Excellent communications skills with the ability to interact with all levels within the organization and with customers while at their home servicing their hot tub.
