What are the responsibilities and job description for the Customer Service Representative position at Atlantic Transport Systems?
We are growing and looking for someone comfortable in a fast paced small office atmosphere, must work well with others. The ideal candidate will have a positive attitude, strong organizational skills, be able to multitask, and pay attention to detail.
This position includes calling out to schedule deliveries with customers and various accounts, all while ensuring a positive customer experience. Skilled in customer service with a friendly phone demeanor is a plus.
General knowledge of office equipment such as phones, computer, fax and Microsoft Office.
Currently looking for part time position that could grow into a full time position. Current hours of need: 9am - 3pm Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday and 7am-3pm on Thursdays. These hours may be flexible depending on need.
Pay to commensurate with experience.
