Key Responsibilities
- Customer Experience
- Provide top-notch service to customers through basic transactions, including cash handling and account servicing.
- Identify opportunities to refer customers to relevant products and services, supporting branch sales initiatives.
- Compliance and Risk Management
- Ensure adherence to all applicable laws and regulations governing bank operations, including Atlantic Union Bank's BSA/AML Policy and Procedures.
- Identify potential risks and escalate concerns through proper channels.
- Product Knowledge and Adaptability
- Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of bank products and services, including other lines of business.
- Show ability to learn and adapt to changing digital channels.
- Additional Responsibilities
- Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Organizational Relationship
This position is supervised by the assigned leader of the branch.
Requirements
- Education & Experience
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous experience in cash handling and customer service preferred.
- Knowledge & Skills
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Able to exercise sound business judgment.
- Proficient computer skills.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks with attention to detail.
- Flexible and able to adapt to change.
- Physical Requirements
- Able to stand for extended periods and lift objects up to 30 pounds.
- May be required to travel to branches according to business need.
