We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Lube Technician to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for performing routine maintenance and inspections on vehicles, ensuring they operate efficiently and safely. Duties
- Conduct oil changes and lubrication services on various types of vehicles.
- Perform tire services, including rotation and balancing.
- Inspect vehicles for any potential issues and recommend necessary repairs or maintenance.
- Utilize power tools and equipment safely and effectively during service operations.
- Collaborate with service technicians to ensure high-quality automotive repair services are delivered.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment while adhering to safety protocols.
- Provide exceptional customer service by communicating effectively with clients regarding their vehicle needs and service recommendations.
Experience
- Previous experience in vehicle maintenance or as an automotive service technician is preferred.
- Strong mechanical knowledge and understanding of automotive repair processes.
- Familiarity with dealership environments is a plus, but not required.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team setting while also being self-motivated.
- Excellent communication skills to enhance customer interactions and satisfaction.
