As an Outdoor Appointment Specialist, you will set door to door neighborhood appointments by engaging customers at their residences and producing leads for complimentary in-home water tests. Responsibilities:
Customer Engagement:
Approach and engage customers outside to create awareness about our home water testing and effectively communicate the benefits of in-home water tests and the importance of water quality.
Lead Generation:
Generate leads by identifying potential customers interested in improving their home water quality. Utilize influential and effective communication techniques to encourage customers to schedule free water testing.
Appointment Setting:
Schedule appointments for in-home water tests based on customer availability. Record all customer information accurately to ensure a seamless handover to the Atlantic Water Product team.
Product Knowledge:
Stay informed about the features and benefits of our water treatment solutions to address customer inquiries. Understand the benefits of creating a free complimentary water test and stay updated on regional water quality.
Professional Development:
Participate in training sessions to enhance sales and communication skills. Seize opportunities for uncapped professional growth within the company.
Qualifications:
- Self-motivated: Proven ability to work independently, achieve set targets, manage time effectively, and provide honest work reports.
- Effective Communication: Strong verbal communication, interpersonal skills, and team-working ability.
- Customer-Centric: Ability to understand and address customer needs effectively.
- Sales Aptitude: Desire to gain sales experience, willing to learn, and stay curious.
- Flexible Schedule: Availability to work weekends and evenings as needed.
Requirements:
- Adequate English and communication.
- Adequate transportation to and from work.
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Able to work in outside weather.
Compensation:
- $18 per hour plus uncapped commission on sales generated.
