Position Summary
The Digital Marketing Manager is a part of the Marketing team and is AtlantiCare’s central point of excellence for our web experiences. This role is responsible for ensuring our digital presence aligns with our brand promise and guidelines, and developing and executing initiatives that meet the needs of our patients and their caregivers. In addition to our community-facing website, AtlantiCare.org, this role is also responsible for our internal intranet website.
The Digital Marketing Manager plays an integral role at AtlantiCare, working with a cross-functional team of stakeholders to communicate key information, manage a regular cadence of site updates, respond with urgency to time sensitive matters, manage system maintenance, and develop a roadmap for site enhancements.

WORK ENVIRONMENT
This position requires some travel, flexibility of hours including weekends, evenings and on-call coverage. This position requires near visual acuity, finger and hand dexterity; majority of time spent at desk and computer. This position requires walking, bending, reaching and stooping when accessing files and supplies. Position requires occasional lifting up to 10 pounds. This position works with such equipment as computer terminal, fax machine, printer and copier. Essential functions of this position are listed on the Assessment and Evaluation Tool.

- Digital Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement a comprehensive digital marketing strategy for AtlantiCare website presence – both external patient facing site and internal employee web experience. Collaborate across our highly matrixed organization to create a digital roadmap for internet and intranet and ensure project scope, timelines, and KPIs are clearly defined; Manage implementation to ensure all efforts are launched on-time and on budget.
- Website Production, Maintenance and Optimization: ensure all digital experiences are platform agnostic – designed for an optimal patient experience regardless of access point (desktop, mobile, tablet). As needed, manage RFPs and vendor selection process for projects from initial ideation through to execution. Oversee the continuous improvement of our website design, content and functionality to provide optimal engagement and patient conversion. This includes site accessibility, content updates, emergency messaging and SEO management.
- Analytics and Reporting: Provide regular performance updates on KPIs and define opportunities for enhancements to drive website and marketing campaign effectiveness. Ensure site up time in a bug free environment.
- Leadership: Manage 3rd party agencies and vendors whose systems enable our web experience and partner with a cross-functional team of internal stakeholders on system enhancements, integrations, and upgrades.
- Compliance: Ensure all digital web experiences are in compliance with healthcare industry regulations.
Qualifications
EDUCATION:
- Bachelor’s Degree in marketing, communications, Web Design, UX, Data Science or business required.
- Minimum of 7 years as a Digital Manager building and managing web experiences at an organization with similar complexity required; healthcare experience preferred.
- Working knowledge of technical processes and platforms such as Google Analytics, Datorama, CMS, CRM, patient portals, HTML required.
- Experience managing the execution of programs through 3rd party agency partners required.
- Proven capability to develop internal talent required.
- Strong project management, budget management, and communication skills required.
- Team player who collaborates well with colleagues.
- Self starter who enjoys working in fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work off-hours when needed to address live site issues
- Launch new initiatives when site traffic is low.
