• Primary job duties / responsibilities :

As a Business Analyst, you will be responsible for analyzing the organization and designing its processes and systems. This includes assessing the business model and its integration with technology, as well as researching, gathering, and synthesizing information. You will also be expected to be a subject matter expert (SME), collaborate, and manage the team to perform, make team decisions, engage with multiple teams, and contribute to key decisions. Additionally, you will provide solutions to problems for your immediate team and across multiple teams. Expert proficiency in Microsoft Azure DevOps Boards is required. Expert proficiency in Fiserv Finxact Solutions, Agile Project Management, Scrum, and Banking Operations are recommended.
