IT Delivery Consultant

This position is responsible for driving project delivery execution through effective facilitation of the requirement analysis, architecture development, business analysis, business process solutioning, and logical design; optimizing delivery of all programs and project by ensuring coordination with various downstream teams; overseeing monitoring of key performance indicators for all projects and enhancements, facilitating delivery. status transparency to business stakeholders; overseeing tracking, managing, and reporting on portfolio status against action items, milestones, critical path / dependencies, issues, risks, value delivery, and mitigation

JOB DESCRIPTION

Oversee end-to-end delivery of Technology programs and projects to ensure successful execution and

alignment with business needs.

• Oversee team of delivery analysts that will be aligned to Medicare and digital relate projects.

Manage coordination and communication between business, EPMO and Technology groups throughout

delivery

Initiate and coordinate project solutioning efforts through business process analysis and business analysis

Ensure program and project performance metrics are met to delivery key business values

ADDITIONAL EXPERIENCE

Experience managing demands from multiple stakeholders while optimizing resources

Experience assuring milestones achievement and full delivery of technology and business needs.

Experience executing end-to-end Technology delivery across functions

Technical understand to manage issues efficiently.

Leadership, change management, and communications experience.

Experience managing multiple, medium to large cross-functional teams or projects

Business and financial acumen

Clear and concise verbal and written communication skills

Negotiation, management, and strategic problem solving skills

This role will work closely with the current Medicare product line team
