Role Name: Java API Management (Capital Markets)
Location : Toronto, ON - Hybrid
Duration : Long Term
Need to be ready to come to RBC Toronto downtown office for appx 3 days a week.
Must have skills-
Expert level UNIX administration skills and ability to script (Shell, Perl, BASH, etc.)5 years in a Technology position within the Capital Markets industry. Java programming experience with SQL
Good to have skills-
Experience with high capacity / low latency infrastructure a plus Java SQL development, hands-on experience developing on Linux and Windows platforms Web development skills: JSP/Servlets, Tomcat, Spring, HTML and CSS Knowledge of development build cycles and tools such as GitHub, Maven, Jenkins, Nexus and Helios
Key responsibilities-
Collaborate with Business and IT stakeholders across Front and Middle Office divisions to define, design and implement enhancements and new features. Investigate and address production issues via log data analysis and recommend solutions that meet Business and IT Risk requirements
