Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required, Bachelors degree preferred
- Minimum 2 years multi-unit management in convenience store environment required
- Self motivated and able to delegate tasks and motivate team
- Ability to manage / be accountable to the P&L
- Ability to successfully plan and manage to short and long term goals
- Proven ability to hire, train, manage, mentor, coach employees and inspire them to achieve customer service excellence
- Computer skills including reporting and analysis
- Frequent driving, must have valid license and reliable transportation
- Accountable for store compliance and reporting
- Responsible for achieving results through expense management, sales growth, marketing strategies, understanding competition, analyzing industry trends
