Major Responsibilities
- Respond to and resolve technical support tickets in a timely manner
- Provide assistance to end-users via phone, email, or in person
- Troubleshoot software and hardware issues
- Install, configure, and maintain IT systems and software
- Collaborate with other IT teams to resolve complex technical issues
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- 2 years of experience in a technical support role
- Strong knowledge of Windows and Mac operating systems
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
