We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Field Manager to oversee an HVAC Service and Install Team. (the focus of Atlas is Management Skills, HVAC is not rocket science) Responsible for overseeing and managing teams, working on-site at different locations, ensuring jobs are completed in a timely manner and within budget by coordinating activities, monitoring performance, resolving issues, and maintaining compliance with company policies and regulations within a designated geographical area. Handle hiring, training, and evaluating field staff, while also communicating with clients and other departments to ensure smooth operations.
Key responsibilities of a field manager include :
- Team management : Hiring, training, coaching, and evaluating field staff.
- Job oversight : Managing project timelines, budgets, and quality control to ensure successful project completion.
- On-site supervision : Visiting job sites regularly to monitor progress, identify issues, and address concerns.
