What are the responsibilities and job description for the CSR - Customer Service Representative position at Atlas AC Repair?
We'd love to hire a CSR who's genuinely excited to help customers. One who's patient, empathetic, and passionately communicative. Loves to talk and understands the value of good communication skills. Can put themselves in the customers’ shoes and advocate for them when necessary. Customer feedback is priceless, and we need someone who can connect and gather that.
Responsibilities
- Manage large amounts of incoming phone calls
- Outbound calls to follow up on estimates
- Identify and assess customers’ needs
- Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication
- Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution
- Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
- Take the extra mile to engage customers
Requirement & Skills
- Proven customer support experience or experience
- Track record of over-achieving quota
- Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
- Familiarity with CRM systems and practices
- Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour
