Job Description
Atlas Advisors is actively seeking female Pashto/Dari linguists to assist with the Department of State's Afghan Relocation Effort Program (CARE) Camp As Sayliyah (CAS) Translator/Linguist Program (CAST/L). As a linguist, you will be providing translation and interpretation services for the Afghan Guests, as well as for the US Department of State and military officials.

- Doha, Qatar
Requirements
CARE CAST/L LINGUIST MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
- US Citizen
- Minimum MRPT or Secret clearance
- Fluent in Pashto/Dari
- Ability to type a minimum of 35 words per minute
- 3 years of experience in translation, and/or interpretation
- Willing and able to deploy to Qatar
- Ability to function as a professional team member, making informed, accurate, and timely decisions as needed
- Possess basic computer and typing skills (Windows, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
CARE CAST/L LINGUIST DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Secret or higher security clearance
- Prior experience working with refugees
- Experience in the medical field; strong knowledge of medical terminology
- Prior experience working for the Department of State

Language Requirements
Fluent in English and the following target languages:
- Pashto and Dari
Language Fluency Requirements:
- Score at least a 3/3/3/3 speaking, listening, reading, and writing (SLRW)
