Atlas Advisors, LLC (ATLAS) is looking for qualified and motivated individuals to serve as Role Player Managers, Language Enabled Role Players, and General Role Players for an upcoming training period at the National Training Center in Fort Irwin, California. The Role-Player Manager will be responsible for overseeing 145 role players and ensuring the execution of all required activities. General Role Players and Language Enabled Role Players should be prepared to simulate real-world battlefield scenarios as well as foreign environments. All positions should be available during one of the following date ranges, 11 MAY - 26 MAY, 3 AUG - 14 AUG, and 31 AUG - 15 SEP of 2022.
ROLE-PLAYER MANAGER MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
- US Citizen
- At least 3 years of experience as a Role Player at the National Training Center or other role player training events
- 3 additional years of demonstrated managerial experience showing competency in the following tasks
- Account, plan, interpret, and maintain knowledge to answer questions from team members on procedures and policies
- Articulate, manage, and apply training inject scenarios to support training objectives
- Review and write relevant documents and prepare reports
- Able to work in austere conditions for extended periods of time
- Must be able to pass a local background check
FOREIGN LANGUAGE ENABLED ROLE PLAYER MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
- US Citizen
- Fluency in one of the following languages
- Arabic,
- Dari
- Pashtu
- Russian
- Korean
- Mandarin
- Native of, or recently resided in, the following regions
- Southwest Asia
- Caucasus Region
- Southeast Asia
- Eastern Europe
- Fluency in English
- Able to stay in character for the duration of the training period
- Able to work in austere conditions for extended periods of time
- Must be able to pass a local background check
GENERAL ROLE PLAYER MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
- US Citizen
- Fluency in English
- Able to stay in character for the duration of the training period

ROLE-PLAYER MANAGER PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- 5 years of experience as a Role Player Manager
- Prior military service
ALL ROLEPLAYERS PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Prior experience working as a Role Player
- Experience with force on force role player scenarios
- Able to safely operate various types of small arms
- Prior military experience
ROLES/RESPONSIBILITIES
You will be responsible for managing the creation of a realistic and challenging environment for the training of US military members in preparation for future deployments. Role-player Managers will be responsible for ensuring all role players stay in character throughout the training period, writing reports, and directly interacting with the customer. Role-players will be responsible for staying in character throughout the training period, representing foreign individuals and opposition forces, and ensuring the most true-to-life battlefield scenario possible.
