Ground Operations Reporting Analyst

Overview

This position is responsible for creating and maintaining recurring and ad-hoc reports necessary to monitor and analyze ground operations across all service types.

Responsibilities

• Analyze the operational performance of the division through the creation of various reports and analysis in partnership with department managers.
• Develop an understanding of each departments work and responsibilities (ULD Control, Fleet Management, GSE And UGSE Maintenance, Charter Operations Support (Passenger And Cargo), Ground Handling, Catering, Quality Audit And Compliance, Facilities And Shared Services, Training, Standards, Special Loads, Loadmaster Control) and the key performance indicators for those workflows.
• Create and refine various reports and analysis capable of concisely illustrating operational performance.
• Work in company programs to review, validate, and translate Ground Operations information.
• Build and maintain interactive Ground Operations trend sites/portals utilizing Tableau or similar products.
• Work with other departments, vendors, or customers to ensure adequate data feeds are available.
• Support the automated publication and distribution of work product to various department, stations, and divisional managers.\
• Create weekly, monthly, and quarterly presentations of current and past Ground Operations data trends to relevant stakeholders.
• Create and analyze Ground Operations data to identify trends within the department.
• Create ad hoc operational reports for special projects or initiatives.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by the Director of Programs & Administration

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience required, related analytical concentration preferred.
• Proficiency in all MS Office applications, especially Excel and Access.
• Advanced proficiency in SSRS, SQL querying, reporting and scripting.
• Database building and structuring to include stored procedures and schemas.
• Proficiency in enterprise reporting tools including tableau and Veoci.
• Advanced aptitude in problem solving, including the ability to logically structure an appropriate analytical framework.
• Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Previous analytical experience and knowledge of airline operations preferred.

Salary Range: $52,500-$71,000
