STATUS: Full-Time, M-F 8am to 5pm
COMPENSATION: $60,000 - $70,000 per year DOE
LOCATION: Wasilla, AK

Job Summary
As a Practice Manager at Atlas Medical, you will lead and coordinate the daily operations of our practice, focusing on strategic objectives and operational effectiveness. Your role involves more than just overseeing tasks; it's about creating a supportive work environment that embodies our core values of Character, Experience & Trust. You will oversee office staff and Patient Care Coordinators, manage staff schedules, hiring, and training, and work closely with the Medical Director to address concerns and enhance operational efficiency. Through coaching and mentorship, you'll foster a positive workplace culture centered on patient care and staff well-being. Desired Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Healthcare or Business Administration, or an equivalent of related work experience (we value work experience).
- At least 5 years of progressively responsible management-level experience in Health Care Management or similar setting.
- Experience in provider credentialing
- Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently, be self-directed, and flexible.
- High level of confidentiality due to the sensitivity of materials and information handled.
- Effective verbal & written communication & time management skills
- Valid Driver's License (clean record) & reliable transportation.
- Proof of current auto insurance & car registration
- Valid AK Fingerprint Clearance Card (we can help)
- Current CPR Certification (we can help) & Negative TB Test (we can test)
