- Provide accurate information regarding products and services to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Phone sales and scheduling of in person estimates and project installations.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions in our computerized system.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures while delivering outstanding service.
Experience
- Previous experience in an office, call center or client services role is preferred.
- Proficient typing skills with the ability to navigate multiple software applications simultaneously.
- Excellent command of English, both written and verbal, is essential for effective interaction.
