Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team. Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients to identify behavioral issues and develop tailored treatment plans.
- Implement evidence-based behavioral interventions in accordance with the principles of applied behavior analysis.
- Monitor and evaluate client progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes.
- Collaborate with families, caregivers, and interdisciplinary teams to provide holistic support for clients.
- Educate and train staff on behavioral strategies and techniques to promote effective patient care.
- Maintain accurate documentation of client progress and treatment outcomes in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
- Stay current with developments in the field of behavioral health and apply best practices in clinical settings.
Qualifications
- Board Certification as a Behavior Analyst (BCBA) is required.
- Experience working with children or individuals with developmental disabilities is highly desirable.
- Strong knowledge of behavioral therapy techniques and principles of applied behavior analysis.
- Familiarity with medical terminology and patient assessment processes.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with clients, families, and team members.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team environment.
