Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in applied behavior analysis and a passion for working with children and individuals with developmental disabilities. This role involves assessing patient needs, developing individualized treatment plans, and implementing behavioral interventions to improve the quality of life for our clients.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients to identify behavioral issues and develop tailored treatment plans.
• Implement evidence-based behavioral interventions in accordance with the principles of applied behavior analysis.
• Monitor and evaluate client progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes.
• Collaborate with families, caregivers, and interdisciplinary teams to provide holistic support for clients.
• Educate and train staff on behavioral strategies and techniques to promote effective patient care.
• Maintain accurate documentation of client progress and treatment outcomes in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
• Stay current with developments in the field of behavioral health and apply best practices in clinical settings.

Qualifications

• Board Certification as a Behavior Analyst (BCBA) is required.
• Experience working with children or individuals with developmental disabilities is highly desirable.
• Strong knowledge of behavioral therapy techniques and principles of applied behavior analysis.
• Familiarity with medical terminology and patient assessment processes.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with clients, families, and team members.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team environment.
• Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and adhering to HIPAA regulations.

Pay: $70.00 - $85.00 per hour
