- Conduct intakes for new clients
- Write Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs)
- Conduct Parent Training
- Conduct Staff Training
- Write programs using assessments (ABLLS-R, VB-MAPP, PDDBI, AFLS, Etc.)
- Write reports and updates
- Graph and analyze data
- Update Behavior plans and programs based on data
- Supervise RBTs
- Keep certification up to date based on the BACB requirements
- Create schedules/calendars
- Maintain an organized clean workspace
- Maintain a Professional Appearance (Think Pre-K Teacher)
- Provide direct therapy when needed
