Qualifications
Requirements:
- Master’s Degree
- Actively registered as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst with the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)
- Experience in clinical/center based setting highly valued
- Additional experience in the ABA community highly valued
Preferred Skills:
- Dedication to clinical excellence
- A strong leader who can handle stressful situations with calm and patience
- Compassionate with a high EQ
- Strong collaboration capabilities with other clinicians, leadership and parent/caregivers
- Experience with Vineland-3, VBMAPP, ESDM or PRT
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team of 20 BCBAs and RBTs
- Plan, oversee, deliver, and adapt ABA therapy for children ages 2-6 years old in a center-based setting
- Provide ongoing training and supervision to the clinical team of Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT)
- Perform patient assessments and create individualized treatment plans
- Review RBT data, session notes, and provide feedback and support
- Forge strong partnerships with client families to develop goals, build relationships, communicate progress, and provide coaching and support throughout their journey
- Lead staff interview process
- Lead monthly all team meeting, reviewing center and clinical needs
- Ensure clinical quality across all learners and staff

Pay: $75,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
