Product Manager

The Product Manager for Atlas Parts, Garments and Accessories will lead the implementation and growth of the service parts, accessories and garments product portfolio. The candidate’s objective is to generate concepts, work with suppliers to develop final products and launch into the market; to support the company’s financial goals. The individual will lead cross-functional teams to achieve this objective. They will also spearhead existing innovative initiatives within the PG and A portfolio, collaborating closely with suppliers, sales, and the marketing team to ensure successful product development and market positioning. Responsibilities for Product Manager

• Identify and prioritize new product ideas to exceed annual revenue and profitability objectives.
• With input from the sales department, marketing and management team; develop monthly and annual financial forecast.
• Report monthly performance against key metrics such as: unit volume, revenue and gross profit margin to the management team.
• Support senior leadership team’s development of annual business plans.
• Achieve alignment with crossfunctional team on new product development priorities.
• Communicate product requirements directly to potential suppliers ensuring new products meet all requirements.
• Develop and execute plans to test and evaluate new products, confirming market viability.
• Develop final product packaging to align with Atlas brand standards.
• Assist in the development of process for new product development.
• Assist in developing financial scenarios, forecasting impact to key business metrics.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, gathering feedback and insights to drive continuous improvement and innovation.
• Learn market dynamics and trends through direct customer interactions and feedback.
• Act as subject matter expert for Atlas’ PG and A portfolio; providing guidance and training to internal teams and customers.
• Ability to travel 2550%.
• Candidate will ideally work onsite in Williston, SC. Factory. MF 8:00am 5:00pm.

Qualifications For Product Manager

• Must embrace the philosophy of continuous “problem solving”.
• Comfortable operating and succeeding with minimal direction and preestablished process.
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
• Must be able to verbally articulate ideas and concepts clearly with internal and external stakeholders.
• Must be willing to “rollupyoursleeves” and work on the shop floor to understand current and new product offering.
• Some experience with MS Excel modeling financial scenarios.
• Must be passionate and energetic about developing and launching new and innovative products.
• General understanding of golf carts and the B2B model preferred.
• Possesses high ethical standards.
• Ability to work in a crossfunctional environment.
• Open to change and strives for continuous improvement.
• Working knowledge of and prior experience with crossfunctional teams.
• Ability to prioritize, balance, and manage multiple efforts with strong results/goal orientation.
• Bachelor’s degree required; business or marketing concentration preferred, master’s degree highly preferred.
• Two to five years working within a manufacturing environment.
