Job description
We are a Choice Brand hotel. Hotel experience is a MUST. Do not apply if you don't have hotel experience. Choice Brand hotel experience is preferred, but not a must.

Duties Generally include:
- Supervise and coordinate daily housekeeping operations, ensuring adherence to established cleanliness standards.
- Train, mentor, and evaluate housekeeping staff, fostering a positive work environment.
- Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces to ensure compliance with cleanliness and safety standards.
- Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, placing orders as necessary.
- Develop and implement housekeeping policies and procedures to enhance efficiency and service quality.
- Address guest inquiries or concerns regarding cleanliness promptly and professionally.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations within the hotel or facility.
- Maintain records of room assignments, staff schedules, and cleaning checklists.
Experience
- Proven experience in housekeeping management within the hospitality industry is required.
- Leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team effectively.
- Excellent organizational skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Strong communication skills to interact effectively with staff and guests.
