Your Role
As the Senior Manager of Partnerships, you will lead the strategy and execution of affiliate marketing, paid and earned partnerships, and influencer campaigns. This role is pivotal in building strong relationships across publications, brands, and creators to drive awareness, engagement, and revenue. Your work will play a critical role in scaling Atlas Coffee Club’s products, from our beloved coffee subscriptions to innovative new launches like Atlas .

Your Role
As the Senior Manager of Partnerships, you will lead the strategy and execution of affiliate marketing, paid and earned partnerships, and influencer campaigns. You’ll collaborate closely with the exec team and cross-functional teams to craft a thoughtful and effective strategy that aligns with our business objectives, amplifies our brand, and delivers measurable results.
What You’ll Do
- Affiliate & Partnership Strategy:
- Build on and manage a comprehensive affiliate marketing strategy, identifying opportunities to grow partnerships in key verticals.
- Cultivate strong relationships with existing and new partners, from publications to influencers, ensuring a consistent pipeline of brand exposure and high-quality placements.
- Analyze sales trends to inform optimizations and future forecasts. Provide regular sales reporting to key stakeholders.
- Paid & Earned Media Campaigns:
- Design and execute strategic partnerships to secure coverage across high-value channels, including publications, newsletters, and editorial content.
- Identify and evaluate opportunities for paid placements to enhance brand visibility and align with product launches.
- Track and optimize partnership performance to maximize ROI and drive meaningful growth.
- Influencer & Organic Campaigns:
- Develop and execute an influencer outreach strategy to secure high-quality, organic content that resonates with target audiences.
- Cultivate relationships with tastemakers, writers, and creators who align with our brand vision to drive long-term partnerships.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure campaigns are aligned with brand storytelling and broader marketing objectives.
- Product Launch Support:
- Partner with internal teams to craft roll-out strategies for new product launches, driving awareness and excitement across affiliate and partnership channels.
- Develop creative pitches and strategies to secure product placement in high-impact content and gift guides.
- Track & Monitor Performance:
- Provide weekly team updates to forecast new, trending, or YoY performance.
- Be up to the minute with new drops and campaigns – monitoring key metrics, QA’ing inclusions, and site experience for tailored campaigns.
- Drive growth in affiliate and partnership revenue, contributing to overall sales and brand awareness goals.
- Increase exposure for Atlas Coffee Club and Atlas through high-impact coverage, collaborations, and strategic partnerships.
- Develop scalable systems and processes for campaigns that deliver sustainable results.
- Build lasting relationships with partners, positioning Atlas Coffee Club as a preferred collaborator in the eCommerce and wellness spaces.
- Take pride in the ownership of your work and personal growth, have strong creative problem-solving and project management skills to thrive in a fast-paced, team setting.
- Have an eagerness to stay on top of trends and be an industry expert.
- 5 years of experience in affiliate marketing, partnerships, or business development for eCommerce or DTC brands.
- Proven track record of building and scaling affiliate and partnership programs that drive measurable business growth.
- Strong negotiation skills, with experience securing high-value partnerships and placements.
- Familiarity with affiliate networks, paid media opportunities, and performance-driven marketing strategies.
- Excellent communication and relationship management skills, with the ability to inspire trust and collaboration.
- Analytical mindset, with comfortability in modeling proposals and the downstream ability to measure, track, and optimize performance metrics like ROI and CPA.
