As Associate Medical Director, this is a unique role where you’ll work alongside a skilled Medical Director and a dedicated clinical team, leading with vision, passion, and a commitment to excellence, to foster a tight-knit, collaborative culture amongst staff and clients. You’ll play a key role in mentoring, leading and shaping hospital protocols, all whilst gaining equity ownership – without the risk of a traditional buy-in.

About You:

• Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) Degree
• Must hold an Illinois State License or have the ability to obtain one
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• You bring at least 4 years of experience in general practice or surgery
• Leadership experience is a plus, but most importantly, you are dedicated to fostering a united and progressive culture
• Committed to practicing high clinical standards and delivering compassionate care
• Strong organizational skills, energy, and enthusiasm for mentorship
