Collaboration is a big part of the culture here with daily hospital huddles, and regular training and case discussions.
Most ER doctors tend to work 10-12 shifts per month with consistent blocks of three shifts in a row to give you great work life balance and long sequences of days off.

About You :
- Veterinary Medical Degree (DVM / VMD or equivalent)
- License to practice in Pennsylvania (or eligible to obtain)
- Experience in emergency medicine
- Desire to work to the highest level and provide excellent
- 130,000-$180,000 salary
- ProSal model offering opportunity to earn significantly more than base salary
- No negative accrual
