Your Role

How does your day as our e-Commerce Specialist look?

• You are the point of contact for several e-commerce applications used within Edmac including website sales, eBay, and Amazon sales
• As an e-commerce specialist, you coordinate a smooth sales process and ensure sales platforms stay up to date on current stock, prices, descriptions, and photos
• You work closely together with your direct colleagues and other Edmac departments/entities
• You understand how website and marketing platform integration works with our ERP and CRM systems
• You provide 1st-line business application support for our e-Commerce platforms and installed plugins
• You address, follow up issues/requests with our implementation and vendor partners
• You work closely together within the local and global team to develop, implement and follow up activities to boost the usage of our e-Commerce site
• You monitor, measure and report on website performance with a focus on conversion, funnel analytics, marketing ROI and most importantly customer experience

To succeed, you will need

Required:

• Proficient in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, Azure, etc.)
• HTML, CSS
• UI/UX experience
• eCommerce and online sales

Preferred:

• Basic understanding of industrial compressed air systems and air treatment
• Magento/Adobe
• HubSpot
• Salesforce
• P21; other CRM software

In addition to your role as the e-Commerce Specialist, you will lead strategic projects that result in a better end-to-end customer experience. You will be part of our efforts to develop a one-stop-shop for customers looking to service any make, model, and year of compressor.
