Your Role
At our company, we believe that passionate people create exceptional things. We are looking for a dedicated Manufacturing Generalist to join our team. If you have experience in the electrical or mechanical field and a strong mechanical aptitude, we want to hear from you!
As a Manufacturing Generalist, you will report to the Package Manufacturing Supervisor and work closely alongside the manufacturing, maintenance, and logistics teams.
As a Manufacturing Generalist:
- You will assemble and disassemble compressors in various areas.
- You will perform common functions in our Maintenance, Logistics, Package, and Core departments.
- You will use common hand tools, pneumatic tools, electric hand tools, cranes, and fork trucks.
- You will prep various parts for the painting process.
- You will assemble and tear down the compressor test.
- You will clean and deburr compressor parts and incoming machined castings.
- You will perform hydrostatic testing of piping and casting.
- You will perform fit up of oil and water piping.
- You will work with applicable manufacturing and logistics operations in the ERP system.
To succeed, you will need
- A high school certificate of graduation or G.E.D.
- One or more years of experience in the electrical or mechanical field.
- Good mechanical aptitude.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Ability to work well in a team environment.
