Are You Our Next Logistics Specialist?
Do you excel in problem-solving, thrive under pressure, and consistently deliver top-tier results? If you have experience in managing inbound shipments, ensuring accurate documentation, and are passionate about logistics, we want you on our team. We are looking for a dedicated Logistics Specialist to become a key player in our operations. You will report onsite daily at our Louisville facility, Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM.
Here’s how you’ll make an impact:
- Accept and document incoming shipments and deliveries to the facility.
- Ensure efficient storage and organization of items in designated storage areas, and document any changes.
- Prepare items for shipping, noting item contents, delivery methods, and other logistical details.
- Address and resolve any shipping, storage, or receiving discrepancies.
- Collaborate with customers and internal team members to ensure satisfaction.
To Succeed, You Will Need:
- Experience: Previous shipping/receiving experience
- Technical Aptitude: Proficiency in MS Office, and knowledge of logistics software
- Physical Requirements: Ability to operate warehouse machinery, such as forklifts
- Organizational Skills: Outstanding ability to stay organized and manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams.
- Analytical Skills: Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Education: High School Diploma or GED.
