Your Role

If so, join our team and lead our Analytical Engineering group to new heights. We believe that when passionate people come together, extraordinary things happen.

As part of the Analytical Engineering team, you'll supervise and direct your team, ensuring the technical aspects of aerodynamics and mechanical designs are executed. You will report to the Analytical Engineering Manager and work closely with the manufacturing and other engineering groups. This is a hybrid position located in Voorheesville, NY.

As An Analytical Engineer

• You will manage technical projects.
• Perform engineering calculations, analyze test and field data, and ensure aerodynamic and mechanical suitability of equipment.
• You will perform scheduling and monitor resources.
• Allocate resources to meet project deadlines and monitor schedule and budgets.
• You will ensure quality of projects and processes.
• Efficiently handle quality-related issues and continuously strive to improve the engineering process.
• Maintain accurate and accessible project records.
• You will communicate with customers.
• Maintain prompt communication with both internal and external customers regarding project designs, costs, quality, and deliveries.
• You will develop your team.
• Coach and train team members, conduct performance reviews, manage employee’s performance, and provide feedback to the assigned team.
  

To succeed, you will need

• A Bachelors degree in engineering or equivalent education and work experience.
• At least 7 years of experience in the manufacturing of rotating equipment with working knowledge of centrifugal compressors and technical specifications related to turbomachinery.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Proven ability to manage projects and control budgets.
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally (up to 10%).
