As part of the Core Engineering team, you will report to the Core Team Leader and work closely with our Core Engineering and Systems Engineering teams. This is a hybrid position located in Voorheesville, NY.
As a Design Engineer
- You will develop, design, and detail core components and assemblies for compressors.
- You will prepare models and detailed drawings using PTC Creo.
- You will perform engineering calculations related to compressor design.
- You will provide technical support to manufacturing, application engineering, and service and participate in solving field problems.
- You will review and aid in the design release approval process.
- You will maintain accurate design records and schedules.
- You will attend kick-off meetings and design reviews.
- You will handle project administration and support budget management.

- A Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent work experience.
- Experience in design-activities using 3D modeling software.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to conduct engineering calculations.
