The Aftermarket Field Service Manager is responsible for managing the overall quotation, selection, preparation, coordination, scheduling, and training of a team of highly skilled field service personnel with an emphasis on enhancing the quality of services that are being provided to the customers.The salary for the Field Service Manager is $6,116.80 paid every 2 weeks (approximately $159,036.80 annually). This position requires physically reporting to work at 3037 Industrial Parkway Santa Maria, CA as required by normal department work hours. A relocation package to Santa Maria, CA is available.
