Roles And Responsibilities
- Applies general accounting principles for recording, maintaining, and analyzing accounting and financial data
- Assists and contributes to the Finance team
- Conducting biweekly checks on cost centers/Store Branches that have no headcount.
- Engaging in the Sustain Project, which involves calling supplies to understand the sustainability of Landfill, reuse, renewable energy, etc.
- Mapping usage of GL accts- Create Master File.
- Contributing to the cleaning of ISIT License and Charges.
- Handling other ad hoc items as needed.
- IT Business Services Reconciliation
- Reconciliation
- How to change and improve Reconciliation
- Download Reports (Bad Debt/Scrap/Stock Take)
- Cost Center Mapping
- Tagging Corp Fixed Assets
- Completes assigned projects and tasks related to financial task
- Practical experience with current Finance Reporting team
- Shadowing, mentoring, and training opportunities with successful Local finance Team
- Flexible schedule for students
- $18/hr
What We Expect From You
- Ability to work independently and as part of team with professionals at all levels
- Knowledge of accounting principles and ability to analyze information
- Basic understanding of accounting
- Excellent communication skills
- Proficiency in computer skills including MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and Internet
- General ledger and ERP experience would be a plus, but not required
- Work under supervision of other accounting & finance professionals
