As a Marketing Business Intelligence Analyst, you will gather and analyze economic and marketing intelligence, focusing on industry trends, segments, competitors, and customer insights. Your work will help our marketing team and Chicago Pneumatic business line management align our strategies with customer satisfaction, market trends, and competitive forces.
Location : Rock Hill, South Carolina (Hybrid Work Schedule)
In this role you will :
Market Research Activities :
- Conduct ongoing competitor and environmental analysis, including surveys and tracking industry changes.
- Monitor and track market share and customer share.
- Regularly check competitors' websites and monitor key updates and information.
- Subscribe to key websites that provide market intelligence data.
- Maintain close relationships with key journals and market tracking agencies.
- Attend industry functions, such as association events and conferences, and provide feedback on market trends.
- Provide monthly updates on the market and competitors to inform decisions on pricing, market investment, product promotion, and channels.
