We are looking for an experienced, self-motivated and detail-oriented staff accountant to handle the day-to-day accounting activities. They will strive to understand the organization as a whole in order to interact effectively with and provide assistance to all levels of the company.

As a Staff Accountant, you will be based in our Delanco, NJ office. The first 90 days you will be in the office every day. After that the position will be hybrid.

We are looking for an experienced, self-motivated and detail-oriented staff accountant to handle the day-to-day accounting activities. They will strive to understand the organization as a whole in order to interact effectively with and provide assistance to all levels of the company.
Job Responsibilities
- Perform monthly account reconciliation to ensure accuracy and completeness
- Prepare and analyze financial reports
- Regular review of general ledger and balance sheet transactions for correctness
- Job costing analysis
- Maintain fixed assets and inventory files
- Daily cash applications and ACH/check processing
- Assist with other accounting projects as assigned
- Degree in Accounting or related field with 2 years of experience
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices
- Ability to analyze financial data and prepare reports
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- High attention to detail
- Experience with NetSuite is a plus
