Are you ready to make an impact as an HR Manager? As part of our growth, we are seeking a highly skilled HR Manager to add to our amazing HR team! Based in Denver, CO, you'll collaborate with both our local HR team and our firmwide team of over 300 team members.
In this role, you'll work closely with Management and Partners to align HR strategies with business goals and foster growth. The HR Manager will oversee the HR team and supervise recruiting practices, guiding HR policies, practices, and programs to enhance employee engagement and productivity.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage, supervise, and develop the HR Team and HR goals.
- Work with company leaders to develop, manage, and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy and needs.
- Oversee the recruitment and onboarding process, including job postings, interviews, and new hire orientation.
- Oversee and manage employee relations, including conflict resolution, performance management, and employee engagement.
- Administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and wellness programs.
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
- Develop and implement training and development programs for employees and managers.
- Research and prepare reports and presentations for management on HR metrics, trends, and workforce planning.
- Serve as a point of contact for HR-related inquiries and provide guidance to employees and managers.
- Perform related duties as assigned by supervisor.
SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, preferred.
- 5 years of experience in an HR role, with at least 3 years in an HR managerial position.
- HR certification (e.g., PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP), is preferred.
- Preferred experience with companies operating across multiple locations or offices.
- Strong leadership and decision-making skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in HR software and systems and Microsoft Office products, such as Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.
- Expert knowledge of employment laws and regulations, both federal and states
- Knowledge of employment laws and regulations in multiple states is a plus! (specifically CO and CA)
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

WORKING CONDITIONS:
Must be able to operate a variety of machines and equipment including computer, office equipment, telephone, etc. Tasks may require extended periods of time at a keyboard or workstation.
