ADG Premium Shooting Products seeks qualified candidates for full-time production operator positions working a Second Shift schedule of 2:30pm-Midnight, Monday – Thursday, and 10:00am – 7:30pm on alternating Fridays.
The initial position is entry level responsible for accurate and efficient production line workflow during a 4-6-wk training period. Completing the hands-on training period as outlined in ADG’s Case Line Operator Skill & Development Training Manual advances the trainee to Operator Level 1 with salaried compensation and top tier fully paid company benefits. Continued advancement qualification is expected with additional pay increases at each position level as outlined in the training manual.

Production team operators are important to ADG’s continued growth in the industry while meeting and exceeding the expectations of our customers.
Production team operators report directly to Case Line Supervisors and indirectly to the VP/GM of the Cartridge Case Business Unit.
Responsibilities and Essential Duties:
- Meet work schedule with promptness and consistency.
- Follow machine processes to maintain efficient production workflow.
- Troubleshoot and correct basic entry level machine fault errors to maintain workflow.
- Perform quality control data measurements on product passing through the production process.
- Perform entry level preventative maintenance procedures on machines as assigned.
- Perform job functions in accordance with established quality and safety standards.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient work environment following established 5S guidelines.
- Meet work shift schedule requirements in a consistent and reliable manner.
Qualifications:
Due to the position requiring interaction with ammunition, ammunition components, firearms, and firearm components, ADG cannot employ prohibited persons as defined by 18 U.S.C. 922(g) and (n); 27 CFR 478.3.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Prior manufacturing or factory work experience preferred.
- Adaptability to meet work schedule and perform job requirements in a fluctuating workload team environment based on customer and business needs.
- Willingness and availability to work assigned and available overtime to achieve training requirements and meet customer and business needs.
- Ability to perform physical work including walking, bending, sitting, climbing, reaching, grasping, and lifting up to 50lbs during scheduled shifts.
Compensation & Benefits:
Entry Level Training Phase (4-6-wks) - Total compensation of $37,018 ($17.00 hourly rate with paid 1.5x per hour OT, no paid company benefits).
Successful Transition to Operator Level 1 – Total compensation range of $45,175 - $60,482 ($17.00 hourly rate with paid 1.5x per hour OT and paid company benefits).
Continued position advancement and compensation increase opportunities at Operator Level 2 and beyond.

Work Schedule:
- Monday through Thursday 2:30pm – Midnight, and alternating Fridays 10:00am – 7:30pm.
- Half-hour unpaid lunch break and two 15-minute paid breaks each shift.
- Scheduled overtime at 1.5x hourly rate for extra hours. Periodic mandatory overtime scheduled on occasion to meet the business needs of the company.
