NIGHT WAREHOUSE SUPERVISOR

Base pay range: $65,000 - $73,000 per year plus up to $9,000 incentive bonus

NIGHT WAREHOUSE SUPERVISOR OVERVIEW

Lead, direct, and motivate the team of 25-30 to meet and exceed the night shift operations objectives. Accountable for the loading and unloading of all delivery trucks in a safe, cost-effective, and accurate manner. Actively involved in the day-to-day operations to help drive and motivate the night warehouse staff toward results, and to proactively steer the Operations Department to insure achievement of long-term objectives.

NIGHT WAREHOUSE SUPERVISOR RESPONSIBILITIES:

Empower, lead, coach, and develop a successful team to deliver Atlas’ mission of becoming the number one sales, merchandising, delivery, and customer service organization in our market area. The hiring, orientation, training, and development of new hires are paramount to Atlas’ long-term success and viability.

NIGHT WAREHOUSE SUPERVISOR REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATIONS:

· H.S. diploma or GED

· High integrity and ethics

· Strong leadership, coaching, and communication skills

. Previous Night Shift experience strongly preferred

. Ability and willingness to Manage By Walking Around, "MBWA"

· Creative problem-solving skills

· Management skills: planning, organizing, etc.

· Strong acumen in Computer functionality (MS Office, VIP)

· Analytical and priority setting skills

· Attention to detail

· Self-motivation

· Industry and product knowledge preferred

· Willingness to work long hours in a night shift environment

· Ability to work Sunday through Thursday 7pm. to closing
