Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Directly supervises employees in the Maintenance department, ensuring all supervisory duties align with organizational policies and legal requirements.
- Plans, assigns, and oversees responsibilities to ensure smooth production, adherence to product quality standards, and control of manufacturing costs.
- Keeps supervisors, managers, and engineers informed on the status of equipment and ongoing projects.
- Develops detailed project timelines and realistic cost estimates, ensuring they are executed as planned to meet business requirements.
- Maintains accurate records of asset repairs and preventive maintenance schedules through CMMS software and departmental procedures.
- Ensures adherence to OSHA, ISO, and company standards and procedures.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree with at least one (1) year of Maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment, or an Associate degree with a minimum of six (6) years of experience in maintenance within a manufacturing setting, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- At least one (1) year of experience as a Maintenance Supervisor in a manufacturing environment.
