Field Safety Specialist – Construction Real Estate Strategy & Services Project
Who are we?
As an independent utility vegetation management consulting contractor, Atlas Field Services, LLC has supported our client's vegetation management programs since 2016. Our company consists of ISA Certified Arborists, Safety and Utility Specialists that verify and Audit tree contractor’s work for compliance with client specifications and needs.
AFS is committed to leveraging its extensive experience in construction and facilities management to provide experience with qualified staff to ensure client expectations.
About our Role :
The Corporate Real Estate Strategy & Services (CRESS) Safety Specialist will conduct site safety observations and manage client SafetyNet and ISN badge scanning, reporting, and recommendations. Candidate must live within the client service territory to be considered for this role.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Monitor the work, conduct, and record safety observations per frequency as defined in the CRESS oversight procedures.
- Assist in the development of Corrective Action Plans (CAPs).
- Assist in Safety Plan review as needed.
- Perform ISN badges to field-verify contract partner prequalification and required coworker training.
