As Development Director, you will be responsible for expanding donor engagement, securing transformational gifts, and increasing annual revenue beyond $10M to support Atlas Free’s programs and growing global network of over 100 Network Members fighting human trafficking.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and develop a high-performing fundraising team, effectively managing and mentoring the team to meet ambitious goals.
- Foster a results-driven, collaborative culture focused on donor impact.
- Drive fundraising strategy and revenue growth, expanding donor engagement and increasing annual revenue beyond $10M.
- Develop a pipeline for high-net-worth donors, increasing revenue and retention. Build trust-based relationships and ensure personalized stewardship.
- Identify new donor audiences and fundraising channels to diversify revenue sources.
- Lead major donor engagement strategies, securing transformational gifts.
- Manage a portfolio of major donors, conducting in-person meetings and events.
- Monitor fundraising performance and donor retention metrics, ensuring ROI tracking and reporting to inform development strategies.
- Collaborate with marketing to align messaging and donor engagement strategies.
- Plan and execute high-impact fundraising events and campaigns.
- Partner with and support the CEO in strategic donor engagement and portfolio development.
- 25% domestic and international travel.
Key Qualifications
- 3-5 years of experience leading and managing, empowering, mentoring, and developing high-performing fundraising teams, fostering a culture of collaboration and excellence.
- 5 years of nonprofit fundraising experience with a focus on major gifts.
- Proven success in raising $5M annually.
- Adept at risk management, ensuring compliance and sustainability in fundraising operations.
- Highest level of integrity and ethical decision-making in all aspects of fundraising and donor relations.
Salary : $90,000 - $110,000
