Duties
- Conduct outbound calls to potential clients to introduce our products and services.
- Develop and maintain relationships with existing customers through warm calling techniques.
- Identify customer needs and provide tailored solutions to meet their requirements.
- Collaborate with the sales team to strategize on business development initiatives.
- Utilize CRM software to track leads, manage customer interactions, and report on sales activities.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Stay informed about industry trends and product knowledge to effectively communicate with clients.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years sales experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office®
- Experience with using a CRM
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work quickly and efficiently
- Excellent written and verbal skills
- Knowledge or exposure to Agriculture, Horticulture and/or Construction a plus
Skills
- Proven experience in inside sales or a related field, with a focus on technology sales preferred.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, enabling effective interaction with clients.
- Experience in outbound calling and warm calling techniques.
- Ability to understand software solutions and articulate their benefits to customers.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in managing customer accounts.
- A proactive approach to business development, demonstrating initiative in identifying opportunities.
