Duties & Responsibilities
- Prepare alcohol and non-alcohol beverages
-Prep and stock all ingredients necessary for service
-Interact with guests in a professional, positive manner
-Assess guests’ needs and preferences and make recommendations
-Measure and mix ingredients accurately to prepare cocktails
-Adhere to health and legal standards
-Restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies
-Stay guest focused and nurture an excellent guest experience
-Comply with all food and beverage regulations
-Knows and can easily talk about Coati mission and values
Requirements
- World-class customer service
- Strong communication skills
- Craft cocktail experience is required and must be demonstrated
- Handles money responsibly and accurately
- Can stand or work on feet for entire shift, squat and bend
- Effective time management
- Can read and follow recipes
- Efficiently and accurately converts measurements and multiplies recipes
- Ability to lift items up to 50 lbs.
- Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays
- 21 years old
