Position Summary:
COATI Uprise is seeking a passionate and innovative Events & Marketing Manager to curate and execute exciting public events, drive engagement, and increase private party bookings and catering sales. The ideal candidate is a creative thinker, exceptional organizer, and results-driven marketer who thrives in a diverse fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, plan, and execute unique and engaging public events that align with COATI’s brand and attract a diverse audience.
- Lead efforts to grow private events, corporate bookings, and catering sales by creating strategic marketing initiatives and partnerships.
- Collaborate with local artists, performers, and businesses to bring innovative experiences to COATI.
- Develop and manage event marketing campaigns across social media, email, website, and local outreach.
- Work closely with the operations and culinary teams to ensure smooth execution of private events and catering.
- Build relationships with local businesses, influencers, and media outlets to increase brand visibility and community engagement.
- Track event performance, customer feedback, and sales data to continuously refine marketing and event strategies.
Qualifications:
- 2 years of experience in event planning, hospitality marketing, or related fields.
- Strong knowledge of social media marketing, digital advertising, and brand promotion.
- Proven ability to drive private event sales and build client relationships.
- Excellent organizational and project management skills with the ability to multitask.
- Passion for curating exciting and unique experiences that engage the community.
- Strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.
- Experience with graphic design, photography, or video production is a plus!
