Brakeman’s Smashed Burger Bar is excited to look for a new team member to join our small and fantastic team! We are looking for a FOH Support team member to assist the team during our busiest shifts to ensure great guest service and team work.

FOH Support Job Duties include a range of activities from:
Assisting Team and Guests
Running Food and Beverage
Rolling Silverware
Bussing and Prebussing Tables
Cleaning Dishes
Taking Togo Orders
Cleaning Projects
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Greet and accommodate guests in a timely and hospitable manner. Attempt to enhance guest’s experience with acts of service.
- Prepare a variety of beverages and offerings according to established recipes and standards which are presented in an attractive and appetizing manner
- Follow food safety and sanitation procedures to ensure the safety and quality of our food and beverage
- Assist in the execution of food and beverage delivery and expediting of tickets from outside expo
- Communicate effectively with other members of the team to ensure that orders are completed quickly and guests are satisfied
- Clean and maintain bar, kitchen and dining equipment and wares, as well as the work area, to ensure a safe and hygienic environment
- Continuously seek feedback and ways to improve our dishes, processes, and customer experience
Qualifications:
- A passion for Hospitality and a desire to learn and grow in the culinary industry
- Punctual and Ready for Scheduled Shifts
- Strong Communication and Teamwork Skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight time standards
- Knowledge of serving techniques, bar equipment, and food safety and sanitation standards
- Availability - This position is mainly scheduled to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed. Ideal candidate must have availability for those shifts
