We’re looking to grow our team for the busy season and welcome a new dual-role for Bartender/Server, with potential permanent employment based on performance.
This role embodies the heart of customer engagement, satisfaction, and retention. Their duties include verifying the identification and age of customers, preparing and serving alcoholic beverages, accepting payment from customers, menu knowledge, table service, and balancing cash receipts to record sales.
Must be able to multi-task, follow direction and have fun (this one is non-negotiable).
Responsibilities
- Prepare alcohol and non-alcohol beverages
- Prep and stock all ingredients necessary for service
- Interact with guests in an energetic, positive manner
- Assess guests’ needs and preferences and make recommendations
- Measure and mix ingredients accurately to prepare cocktails
- Adhere to health and legal standards
- Restock and replenish bar/service inventory and supplies
- Stay guest focused and create an excellent guest experience
- Comply with all food and beverage regulations
- Know/represent Piglatin’s story, and embrace our culture and values
Requirements
- World-class, kick-ass, customer service
- Strong communication skills
- Bartending experience is required and must be demonstrated
- Handles money responsibly and accurately
- Can stand or work on feet for the entire shift, squat and bend
- Effective time management
- Can read and follow recipes
- Efficiently and accurately converts measurements and multiplies recipes
- Ability to lift items up to 50 lbs.
- Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays
Compensation
- CO State tipped minimum wage $11.79/hour tips (Avg $20-30/hr)
